Can the Voxfra Client Portal be white-labeled?

Yes. Portal header configuration and subdomain routing are available so agencies can present the portal under their own brand. Clients see agency branding rather than Voxfra, which makes it a clean white-label environment for voice AI resellers and managed service providers.

Does the Voxfra Client Portal work with Vapi?

Yes. Voxfra ingests call events from Vapi through production webhook integration. Every call, score, and transcript processed from Vapi is available in the corresponding client portal, isolated by account and ready for reporting without additional setup.

How does Voxfra support voice AI resellers managing multiple clients?

Voxfra provisions a separate portal for each client, so resellers manage one platform instead of building isolated reporting per account. New portals are created through the API, so adding a client does not require manual configuration from scratch. Each client sees only their own data.

Can each client see only their own data?

Yes. Each portal is isolated at the account level. Hard Lane separation means call records, scores, and reporting for one client are not reachable from another portal, even within the same organization. This isolation applies across all connected providers, including Vapi.

Does the portal require technical setup from the client?

No. The portal is provisioned by Voxfra and ready to use once the account is configured. Clients receive a login link and can begin reviewing call data immediately without technical configuration on their end.

What level of access does a client admin have?

Client admins can view all call logs and reports for their account, manage user access within their organization, and export data. They cannot access settings or data outside their own account.

How does the portal stay in sync with live call data?

The portal reflects call data processed through Always-On Capture. As calls are ingested and evaluated from Vapi or other connected providers, scores and logs update without a manual refresh cycle.
