What is the Founding plan?
The Founding plan is our beta pricing for the first 20 customers. You get every feature Voxfra offers — portals, automations, Linear and Slack integrations, custom automations, model benchmarking, audio intelligence, call evaluation, email routing, and report generation — at $149/mo for as long as you keep the plan active. After the 20 spots are filled, we move to standard tiers starting at $499/mo. If you're on the fence, this is the moment.
Is there a per-minute charge on top of the subscription?
No. Voxfra does not charge per call minute. Your voice provider (Vapi, Retell, Bland, etc.) bills you for call time directly — Voxfra charges a flat monthly subscription for the infrastructure layer: ingestion, portals, evaluation, routing, and reporting.
What does 'client' mean in the context of Voxfra's limits?
A client is the end business you're deploying voice AI for — a dealership, a clinic, a service company. Each client gets their own isolated tenant environment with a dedicated portal, routing rules, and data. The client limit on each plan is how many of those you can manage under one Voxfra account.
What counts as an event?
An event is a single webhook payload received by the ingestion endpoint — typically one call completion from your voice provider. Voxfra queues, routes, and processes it. On the Founding plan, events are unlimited.
How does the dedicated Enterprise deployment work?
For enterprise customers, we provision a completely separate Voxfra environment — its own database, its own API service, its own infrastructure stack. If something goes wrong in another customer's environment, yours is unaffected. This air-gap is why enterprise clients in regulated or high-stakes industries choose Voxfra at the dedicated tier.
Can I upgrade from Founding to Growth or Enterprise later?
Yes. You can move to Growth ($499/mo) or Enterprise later if your client count, deployment requirements, or support needs change. The Founding rate stays at £149/mo for as long as you keep the Founding plan active — no automatic bumps, no surprises.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Annual contracts are available on Growth and Enterprise at 2 months free (roughly 17% off). The Founding rate is already discounted and is billed monthly. Contact us to discuss annual Enterprise agreements.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a self-serve trial — we onboard every customer hands-on. Request access and we'll get your first client tenant live in a staging environment at no cost before you pay anything.
