Vapify is a white-label portal built on top of Vapi. Voxfra is provider-agnostic infrastructure with call evaluation, email routing, and client reporting. Both serve voice AI agencies, but at different levels of the stack.

What each product does

Different products at different layers.

The two products solve related but distinct problems. Understanding the layer each operates at is the clearest way to decide which fits your situation.

Vapify

A Vapi portal layer

Vapify adds a white-label interface on top of Vapi. You can rebrand the portal under your own domain and charge clients for call minutes at your own markup. It shows call logs, recordings, and client sub-accounts.

  • Vapi only, no other providers
  • Minute-rate reselling model
  • White-label client portal
  • Call logs and recordings
  • No call evaluation
  • No email routing or automation
  • No report generation
$399/mo Partner plan
Voxfra

Provider-agnostic infrastructure

Voxfra sits at the ingestion layer. It accepts webhook events from any voice provider, routes them to the correct tenant using row-level security, and runs an operations layer on top: call evaluation, email automation, and report generation.

  • Vapi, Retell, Bland, ElevenLabs, LiveKit, custom
  • Flat subscription, no per-minute charge
  • Admin portal and client portal
  • Call evaluation and prompt evaluation
  • Email routing with AI extraction rules
  • Interactive report generation
  • Dedicated enterprise deployment option
$149/mo founding, $499/mo Growth

Architecture

Where each product sits in the stack.

The architectural difference explains why the two products behave differently under failure conditions and why Voxfra can support multiple providers while Vapify cannot.

Vapify: UI layer on top of Vapi

Vapify wraps Vapi's interface and API. Your calls still run through Vapi's infrastructure, and your clients' data lives in Vapi's systems. When Vapi had a significant outage in August 2024, all Vapify deployments were affected simultaneously. Vapify has no independent data layer, no ingestion queue, and no tenant isolation at the infrastructure level.

Voxfra: ingestion layer between providers and your data

Voxfra operates between your voice provider and your downstream systems. Call events are received and queued by Voxfra independently of any provider state. If your voice provider has an incident, events that already reached the ingestion layer are preserved. Tenant data is isolated at the database level using row-level security, not just at the UI layer.

Decision guide

When each product fits.

Neither product is universally better. The right choice depends on what your agency needs from its infrastructure.

Vapify

Use Vapify if

Your agency runs exclusively on Vapi. Your primary need is to resell call minutes under your own brand with a clean client portal. You do not need call evaluation, post-call email automation, or report generation. You want a straightforward portal at a single flat rate.

Voxfra

Use Voxfra if

You run clients across more than one voice provider, or plan to. You need call evaluation to monitor quality. You send post-call notifications using AI-extracted data from transcripts. You produce monthly reports for your clients. You need tenant data isolated at the infrastructure level, not just the UI.

Next step

If Vapify covers your current needs, it is a reasonable choice. If you need more than a portal, Voxfra is built for that.

The founding plan includes every feature at $149/mo for the first 20 customers. We onboard hands-on and get your first client tenant live before you pay anything.
